How do online sessions work?
The great news is that you don’t need to be in the same room as me to get the full benefit of an energy healing treatment!
Just like we can communicate with people on the other side of the world through email and telephone, without understanding exactly how it works (we just see that it does!) so energy can be sent to and felt wherever you are – whether you’re in your home down the street…or on the other side of the world 🙂
No matter where you are, the experience is just as powerful, healing and effective! And no matter where you are, I am able to tap into and work with your energy – clearing out heavy emotions, bringing calm and clarity and a feeling of balance or lightness.
I will also give you very clear and detailed guidance on any questions or challenges you might like insight on.
What can you expect?
1. We “meet” online on Zoom at the time you booked and have a chat about what’s going on for you and what you’d like to get from the session
2. We then switch off the video and you get yourself nice and cosy, lying down on your bed or couch. I will send you a beautiful Spotify playlist (link also below) to listen to as you receive the treatment – or you can choose your own music.
3. If you book the reiki session, the treatment will last 50-60 minutes, during which time you will experience the sensations of reiki in your body: slowly dropping into a lovely state of deep relaxation (you may even drift off to sleep!), perhaps some feelings of warmth or tingling or the sensations of something being cleared out.
If you book the Alchemy Session, I will spend some extra time tapping into your soul energy to receive answers to any big life questions you might have. I will also channel guidance and insight and pull three oracle cards for lots of deep insight. During the session, I take pages of notes for you!
4. Afterwards, we turn our cameras back on and I give you feedback on what I picked up on from your energy and all the guidance that came through for you
5. Following your session, you receive a video recording of the reading, as it can be very helpful to re-watch as a reminder. Usually you hear new things each time you listen 🙂
